ok guys i really need help for this. im looking for a spring i can use in a spring loaded ball valve set up and i have wrecked my brains trying to find out where i can buy one. anyone know of a cheap common (easy to find) item where i can find one?
any help will be much appreciated! :oops:

Most hardware and DIY stores will carry a selection of individual springs in individual poly bags for applications like gates, doors etc. Most places will even have a board with the springs on them to make getting the right one easier.

[edit] ok so i found the spring! how ever i might not that the proper on . wat i found was a hammock spring its large and heavy duty. i bought it and im going to try it out. :)

When I once made my spring-loaded ball valve for my launcher I couldnt be bothered to look for a spring, a great alternative is the inside of bungee cord (elastic) - it worked great.
