just curious, is anyone here a machinist? i am and i know the shureshot guy is but anyone else?

also, question for the sureshot guy... do you pretty much only machine the stuff for ultimate spud gun or is that just side work and your primary work is other stuff.

i run a custom job shop that also specializes in fragment simulation projectiles (FSP's) and firing systems along with other items mass produced (10,000 or more production runs) items for extreme precision ballistic testing for military and private agencies.

Im a hobby machinist in my spare time.

I mainly work on parts such as barrels, hamers, shrouds and valves for the Airforce air rifle.

I have machine tools, and I'm a hobby machinist. It's not my full time job, but I make a fair bit of money from it.
