Nah, you'd still have fragments big enough to get DNA from.

Seems to make more sense to encapsulate the unfortunate individual in an aerodynamic projectile and fire them off at a high angle.

That is just the sort of ridiculous overly dramatic plot line that is encouraging youngsters today to go into forensics, not realising that the actual job opportunities are extremely limited.

Well it was either that or they need you to launch a meteorite in order to provoke a "Maya lite" mini apocalypse to see if those Doomsday Preppers can put their money where their mouth is

It looks like"they" may actually do a small piece on the gun itself as part of a larger show. IE, they wouldn't be using the gun for some other purpose, they'd be talking *about* the gun.
