Hey,
here's a Video i made about how to make a gun i built once. I think it's one of the best and easiest ways to built an airsoft sniper.
Price is about 20$.

0,5-1 Joule, up to 2 Joule max.
20-30 shots
1 shot/1 second (with the Magazine connected to the reload Lever)

I think with that pressure level, the second ball valve (witch fires the bb) can be replaced by a blowgun. It would be a lot more ergonomic, improving the accuracy without noticeable power loss.

I think it will all ways be easier to squeeze a trigger then turn a valve. Just use the blow gun inline...
