1. Good for you.
2. You will be spending most of your money on fittings, not pipe.
3. You probably shouldn't use the SDR-21 pipe due to the deteriation of PVC in the sun.
4. You need 2" SCH 80 pipe in order to use the 1.5" SDR-21.
5. That isn't your car, is it?

No thats not my car... honestly, im not as into it as most people. its the Mercedes SLR McLaren. My dads a mechanic at a mercedes dealership so i get to ride all of them and the Porsches that come in... including the Porsche Carrera GT... its insane. i used to wash cars there so they let me drive a all the cars, but nothing over 200 grand, and a few of the porsches had a racing clutch that usually ended up in me spinning tires all through first gear, so they didnt always let me drive them either lol. I just liked the pic of it. lol its the batmobile.

anyway, the pipe has been in the rafters in an inclosed barn, so no direct sunlight at all. as for 2' sch 80, you're right, im gonna need to invest to make the sch 21 safe. fittings are also gonna be an investment, but arent they always? im just happy i have plenty of it, because it gets kinda hard to find and pricey to order...

Why would you need to sleeve it in sch 80? Wouldn't sch 40 work?

Sch 40 2" is too loose of a fit, while 2" Sch80 fits perfectly over 1.5" SDR 21.
