I Gotta Say, A MArble might shatter before it exited the barrel of that Mutha. If it was me, i would use a 1.25 Inch Barrel and make some Non-Finned PVC missles out of 1 inch pipe and 3/4 inch caps. (I have a few, its amazing. they dont break when they hit things!!!!!!!!)

well, I've made pvc ones. they shatter like nothing, and go through inches of wood. aluminum ones crumble and deform like foil. I mostly use rockets when I shoot for distance, not much else.

good idea, though.

dodo, did'nt see your post. yeah, all summer. and to go back to the trails. lets see if we can hit the hill.

Lol, looks like you didn't shoot any marbles. i shot once a marble 16mm, out of a homemade powder cannon. i shot it at a brick wall. i found the marble in the garden, it went right through the wall.
Today i managed to shoot a projectile at the speed of sound. a 1 gram aluminium ball out of a 2 meters , 20 mm , at 20 bars.(C:B ratio of 1.3 :1)

(sorry if you've already said this and I missed it) do you have any problems aiming it at specific stuff, like adjusting the height and stuff, or do you just shoot it where it's defaultly aiming?

Hmm, that sound like a breach of the no flaming projectiles rule to me.
Novacastrian: How about use whatever the heck you can get your hands on?
frankrede: Well then I guess it won't matter when you decide to drink bleach because your out of kool-aid.
...I'm sorry, but that made my year.

Not if the car food wasnt on fire.

Also shooting it into a fire would still not come under that rule.
If your getting chased off a police dog, try not to run through a tunnel then onto a small see-saw then through a ring of fire. They are trained for that!

Shooting a flaming projectile would classify a spudgun as a firearm or destructive device, and I believe it would make it illegal.
If you intend to destroy something with your projectile, then I guess it shouldnt be discussed here, but if it is just meant for effects or something like that, it might be ok.
I once shot a barrel of "car food" before, but it was aimed away from everything, and it was raining, so the only danger was to myself.
