I made a sword once, a long time ago..
With my brother..
We used a grinder to get it into shape, then moved on to the file, then the wetstone, then paper, and now it's sharp as a razor...

I used to have that exact same airgun years ago. It came with a rifle stock that fit where the hand grips are once removed. I usually kept it in that state, as it was easier to hit the target. I'm pretty sure they recommend pellets only due to the rifling inside of the barrel. Steel BB's would eventually wear them out. (Same with the steel darts mentioned) -LpPVC Arsenal 17 wrote: They say pellets only with these. Why is that? I'd rather use bb's since they're cheaper.

I agree with the professor, it would look alot better wit hreal wood.
Sorry to change the subject but, Noname, I like your optimism, did they work?
And Brian, what kind of steel did you make the sword from? You got any pictures of it?
And just for the sake of redundancy, BBs will screw up the rifled steel barrel.

Well, they have no balance whatsoever, but I can throw them from the tip to get a 3/4 turn and then stick in stuff, but the hardest thing they've stuck into is plaster. Cardboard boxes are good for practicing with.
