Hey Chaos I've been doing these shells like you have for a while.I've found it is a whole lot easier to find a pen cap the ID of your barrel and wrap the paper around that.Do you have to use high pressure to get it to open?At 80 psi mine won't open until impact(with metal BB's)

I've also found a way to use old shotgun shells in a pneumatic.I'm doing some more testing today and I'll post the pics when I'm done.

12 bore wads fit almost perfectly in a 3/4" barrel, all you need is some tissue wadding to stop the BBs rolling out.

I'm using the full 20 ga. shells.They also fit perfectly in a 3/4" CPVC barrel.

well my barrel is not 3/4, its more like 5/8. i can get these to open at 55psi,

i am awaiting some #4 shot, from this guy i know ill try it with them and video it.
