why not use a fuel that is a gas? I heard of this stuff called propane.
Studies show its easy to meter, cheap, and doesn't require ungodly high pressures

you can use a injector from a petrol car.
diesel injectors uses high range of pressure.

You can get a diesel injector test ting, it is very simple, just pull down a handle, and it generates enormous pressure, and releases it thru the injector, it is not so big, so it should be an easy task.

yeah i know about those things they use them in the service centres. i've looked on trade me and i've found several injector pumps for $150 or less
