Sorry DYI, i don't have any idea of the pressure involved in the shoot of a pumpkin or else lol!!
Oh, and the fun in sending an airsoft BB past the sound barrier is just to say to yourslef, you've thrown something faster than its own sound by you own means....

when you know the behavior of some people my age in france...restrictions are not so odd...the first question i get when showing my marble rifle is "could you kill someone with that????"........Maturity problem somewhere.

Quick question about this pneumatic C:B. Would dead volume in a pneumatic fall under the "C", the "B" or neither?

Dead volume is the space in between the valve, and the projectile. It is where the gas is expanding, but is not pushing the projectile forward any.hubb017 wrote:Quick question about this pneumatic C:B. Would dead volume in a pneumatic fall under the "C", the "B" or neither?
I would say it is part of the "B's" volume, since when calculating a C:B ratio, you just find the volumes of both the chamber, and barrel.

I appreciate that. That is what I was thinking but I wasn't sure.
There is i guess no major differences between french teens and american teens...but giving a spudgun to a guy in harlem would be criminal, then giving a gun to a rebelious teen in "sarcelles" in france would be the same.
My gun is in the showcase forum yes...AIrsoft BB rifle 200 psi.
