Hi All,
New to this forum but have been building launchers for years. This site has some great information and some very talented builders it seems from my searching. You guys rock!

Here are a few picts of my launchers I build yeaterday. You can see the big combustion gun in the right if the PVC air launcher assembly picture.

Please be careful of shcedule 30 past 80psi. This is what happened to mine at 120psi. It held the pressure until just before I was pushing the trigger switch. I had accidently purchased sch30 instead of sch40 and didn't realize until the expolsion. Thankf

here is the trigger for the PVC air launcher. This is all 2" with interchangable barrels. Currentlly using 1/2" copper barrel. In the process of making a copper air launcher... pics comming soon and some damage shots as well!

Someone had mixed the sch30 in the sch 40 pile, still my fault for not double checking. Luckily no injuries.

Not really sure. It can handle all my 5hp shop compressor can push in it, 165psi. I need to get a scuba tank and test it.

make sure you get a reg on that scuba tank they have 3000psi in them(you probably know that but just makin sure)

Yeah, I will use a reg from one of the argon tanks on the welders. I do appreciate any saftey tip wether I know it or not. High psi is extremely dangerous, even if everything is 100%.
