Not wrong about the expensive part. I'm still slack jawed at the fact that they make these out of tungsten.
Can't let the little fishes get lead poisoning hey.
I'm not sure if they would work well as ammo though, a hole up the guts would make it impossible to sharpen it to a point

I have to say, very very nice
with the epoxy ones, how is the fit in the barrel? i have made some epoxy slugs(without the weightet tip) for my pneu, but after the first shot, they werent a tight fit in the barrel anymore, and just slide out of the barrel when loaded. hope you have some tricky way to get around that problem as the velocity with the epoxyslug was quite impressive.

Overall length is 8.5mm, the main body has a diameter of 5.5mm leading to the skirt or flange (if you like) with a dia of 6.1-6.2mm.
The weight of the round is .2grm (without bb) 3/16th bb's are the ones that will be molded integral to the round for testing (easily changed).
They have a specific gravity of approx 1.20 and their current hardness is 75a duro cold cast polyurethane.
BTW this shows a red pellet, many colors are available

have you ever considered selling? that would help some of us wich doesnt have acces to the necessary equipment/material to get some more consistent ammo
By the way, i dont know a thing about rules regarding selling this kind of "ammo", so if there is some kind of restriction it would ofcourse be a bad idea.

I have considered marketing the ammo, cons are that it is untested apart from the 12.7mm rounds, (these ARE accurate).
The 6mm will be even harder to get perfect
i have had some interest from an airsoft forum in regards to "sniper" rounds.

How much does everyone think would be a fair price for a 100 of these,
They will not come with the bb (in this case 3mm). However they will be moulded to accept them.
A mate at work and myself shoot each other with the un-bb tipped ones with a blow pipe (lung power only) and even they (unstabilised) have proved to be reliably accurate at short ranges.
The entire weight of the round with 3mm bb is only .4 grm
