Thanks Solar, what size valve does the piston above actuate?

It has a 1" port. The picture shows both the piston actuator and the valve. The air intake is at the threaded end you see, and the output it through the turned down area with the omni directional holes. A manifold slips over the o-rings to direct the air through the barrel.

Carefully and neatly JB weld a nut horizontally on the front after measuring out where the center is. Then, put an eyescrew in it. For the rear, put another nut, but smaller, and then a screw. This way, you can adjust the sights. However, you couldn't adjust them laterally.... Maybe use neomidium magnets with the setup glued on to them? Nice neomidium magnets are super strong, and not likely to get pulled off with anything short of a pair of plyers. Then they would be stuck to you pliers.... However, you could probably still slide them.

Very nice, and I have a few questions...
-Where on earth did you get a gold chamber like that?
-What are you using as ammo?

Than wouldn't that mean it won't hold much pressure.....?

Any aluminium that dia with a wall thickness of 3mm should be pretty good at holding pressure.

Well steel can easily hold a few hundred psi, and since the aluminium isn't a large ID it should be fine around 100psi.

I am going to test it past 300psi. Just think about how much pressure a soda bottle can hold (150psi) The weakest part of my chamber would be where the gauge goes in= don't point gauge towards face whilst pumping. I might test it with water.

How about epoxying a dovetail plate to the top of the chamber and fitting one of these?

Cheap and well suited to spudgun applications :)

Even simpler would be to make up some adjustable iron sights - even with my limited facilities I managed to make some for this launcher, so with what you have at your disposal it should be a piece of cake.

Oh, I didn't see the part about it being 3mm thick.
