That's very cool, and who cares if its really long? its not like he needs it to be short, so why not make it long?

MrCrowley, Id suggest trying some harder paint. I find that super cheap paint from my local fleet farm works bad in paintball because it is so hard (they sometimes bounce off trees), so they should work fairly good in a gun. You're probably just using paint with a very weak shell so it bursts easily for paintball

Yeah, when I freeze them I have no problem, but some of them stay in my garage and get reasonably soft, I just don't feel like constantly freezing them all.

that's why they're breaking, and they're probably getting soft in your garage because there is a lot of humidity maybe?

I just know that if paintballs get exposed to moisture, they start to swell and soften

Yeah, Auckland (NZ) is about 70% humidity on an average day, and in the summer a lot worse. They become soft after like 10minutes out of the freezer.

I've never had a paintball break in HEAL's barrel, even at 300 psi.
I may just be using really tough paint, but I've not got any real paintball experience, so I don't know.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

Yeah what's the humidity percentage over there?

Here after I freeze some PB's, after about 15minutes they're gone soft.
