how did u break it??

so having a smaller chamber will make it harder to take it to higher pressure

no should. will take less time to fill thats all.
At my lemonade stand I used to give the first glass away free and charge five dollars for the second glass. The refill contained the antidote

i should make this a pole easier to pump to higher PSI with a small chamber or harder.
also would it be okay to weld the whole cannon together instead of using joints??

No, easier.

Your chamber isn't necesarrily small though. It's a bit big to fill to 300psi with a stirrup pump.

depends on how good a welder you are. if u have never been formally taught by a tradesman the no. btw i am a boiler maker so i do have a idea. mig welding is one of the easier welds to stuff.

Around 200-300 psi with a normal bike pump (looked like a giant pump to me) btw i broke the drill it by droping it (it happened when i was like 8 by btw).
