I just built my 1st pneumatic and every time I fill up the tank to about 80 psi, the air leaks through the sprinkler valve. I bought 2 sprinkler valves, both orbit watermasters. When I use the jar top valve, It can barely shoot anything at 80 psi and air leaks thorugh it. When I use the other valve, It just makes a loud honking noise and shakes while air also goes right through it. I'm using a blowgun to activate the valve, does anyone know whats going on? I'll try to get pics later today.
Here are the pics I hope they help

They are rebeling against you because you posted this in the combustion section. Hardie harharhar! There's a artical about the honking in the Wiki. As for the leaking air, could be the valve facing the wrong way, dirty diaphram, not filling with air fast enough. Good luck.

yeah I tried all of those things, and oops lol didnt mean to post in in combustion, I'm using a coiled yellow hose thats connected to my blow gun, so I'm thinking the hose is too small, I may just directly connect the gun. Off to a party, bbl.

I can tell you right now!Your pilot volume is way to large, and all the air is going out the pilot valve instead of going out the barrel because there isn't a big enough pressure difference to open the diaphragm.Loose the hose between your sprinkler valve and your blowgun and give it a go any bet it will work.

In the second pic, the little metal rod is a guide rod that will probably have to be plugged. My neighbor bought the same valve and when i examined the solenoid pilot setup, i believe that you have to plug that guide rod for it to work.
My 2 cents

ahahahah
Five posts to pick up that there was several metres of hose as the pilot
Good to hear it worked finally, remember to keep pilot volume in mind for the future
