Hi, I made this gun from an old basic ball valve air gun that utilized a hand pump, elimintaing the need for external parts. It used a 1/2" pvc coupler to attach the barrel, allowing easy barrel swithing, so I used a couple inches of 1/2" pvc and an old airsoft pistol barrel to make a small chamber that holds around 200 BBs and a barrel. I can now add this to the air gun to make a portable cloud gun. The way you shoot is just barely opening the ball valve, creating a small air flow.
What resulted was a totally portable BBMG. In 4-5 pumps it lays down a half second burst, but at a great ROF. Half a second doesn't seem like much, but it is really easy to get another burst ready that it is more than made up for. The range is around 100 feet with an angle to the shot. I am going to add a makeshift hop-up on the end of the barrel, where there is a notch from the original hop-up on the pistol. I am going to put a bit of e-tape on the notch to impart some backspin. Here's the gun.
Portable BBMG, a little something different.

cool
if you took of that tape and replace it with hose clamps i would say it looks very clean but until then it just looks nice.
How is power?

I know it may be hard to tell, but what PSI are you running at?
Everything looks good except for the DWV coupling on the chamber.
Welcome to Spudfiles.

I wouldnt worry about the DWV coupler with one of those inflator pumps.
I doubt it could even reach 10psi which isnt enough force to to anything to it

Thanks for the compliments. Hmm... hose clamps to attach the pump. Forgot I had those. I am not sure if I have any that big though. I'll have to check.
The power isn't that great, but I expect that to improve the I get a longer barrel. That pistol barrel is really short. Atm though, it is enough to penetrate at least one layer of cardboard. I am lacking in any canned beverages to test the power though.
As for the PSI, I have no idea. I don't imagine i'm running over 20 though.

if you get a abetter pump maybe and attach a check valve that could give you greater pressures
