very nice job. very nice job indeed.

some questions though:
why so much electrical tape?
and... source of ignition? stun gun i presume

It is actually black duct tape. it is the only thing i could find to attach the electric bbq lighter.

I haven't shot it yet. I will tomorrow. I'll post damage pics then.

the chamber is roughly 13" of 1.5" sch 40 steel
barrel 36" .5" sch40 steel

edit: changed chamber from 18 to 13"

barrel could be a lot longer(atleast 72in).
I would also recommend a larger bore barrel with a chamber that size, A 1in barrel should work good with it.

so if my chamber volume is 23ci I would do this
23/.958-23
this would give me 1.008
I divide that by my meter volume which is .45ci
now I have 2.24 bar?
multipy that by 14.7
giving me 32.93psi
so for a 1x mix i fill my meter to 32.93?
for 2x i us 64 and so on?
how do I get to a 4x mix? propane tanks don't hold 131psi do they?

Looks pretty good. In your math I think you need to convert psi to bar or visa verca. I am not 100% positive though.

Pat:You just charge the propane meter to 64psi twice and you will get a 4x mix.

Yeah I am trying to find a better way to attach the bbq lighter and some way to hide the wires. I might just cut them shorter but they have the tips to attach to the bbq lighter. HOw would you attach the propane tank other than zip ties?

hybrid Rifle- finished, 1400 fps with a 5X mix based on hgdt.
pretty much doubt that.. my bigger hybrid with 80" barrel and 5x with a marble got 1075fps.
