The ad in that screenshot is NOT a SpudFiles ad! I only run Google ads, which involve no sound or any annoying flashing shit. No tracking cookies, no spyware, and no popups. If you get any of those while browsing SpudFiles, it isn't from SpudFiles!

You are infected! I would suggest giving your computer a scan with Spybot Search & Destroy

You totally have something that has hijacked Internet Explorer to have the ability to replace ads on pages! It must be looking for common ads on websites and replacing them with it's own.

Never seen it before. You've got, as Jrrdw says, spyware or similar malware that's editing in adverts into to the pages you're viewing.

Get a good program to deal with it, and get it removed ASAP.
Then to prevent re-occurence of the same, stay off the dodgy websites - you know the kind of thing I mean.

@Spudfarm: Yup, your PC is trying to tell you about the malware. Deal with it.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

In what browser? Do you know what kind of privacy/security settings you have set? (anything particularly "strict")

simple solution: Use Firefox and download adblocker. It blocks all adds, of all types, including the google adds.
Do not look back, and grieve over the past, for it is gone;
Do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come;
Live life in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.

Can anyone figure out what website the ad is for? Like where it takes you? PM it to me.
