Ok, I have finished my preloaded cartrige gun. All credit goes to Davidvaini, since it is his design. I have a blowgun(the ones you get for filling up car tires) to trigger it, the pipe size for the cartrige is 1 1/4". I use multiple layers of plastic bag. I made an air tant, which lasts about 5 shots, and is made ALMOST completely out of aluminum( I have an aluminum bottle, aluminum pump, but a plastic 125 psi rated valve). The pump is jb welded to the tank, and into the valve. I have no clue what the pressures are yet. Since I am not allowed to shoot anything other than confetti, water, and air, no damage pics  . But since its independence day, its perfect. It sounds like a firecracker, and blasts out confetti :P. Enough with the chit chat, here are some pics.

And for anyone whose wondering, the blue aluminum bottle is from a sprayer bottle(from dollar tree), and since they are soooo cheep, I probably wont be using pvc or soda bottle air chambers. I can get them in silver, blue, red, and more, and they have standard 3/4 inch threadsd .

Nice, clean design. I like it, now on your next model, why not try for a break-barrel design?
Completed projects:

you hook up the blue pressure chamber to the bottom of the blowgun, pull the blowguns trigger, and inbetween the the coupler and the endcap there are 3 layers of plastic which bursts. all it is is a triggered burst disk.
If you still dont get it, click the link in my signature, and look for Davidvaini's preloaded cartrige prototype.

I dont go over 125 psi, but thats just because the plastic wye valve(125 psi garden hose valve), but I am sure you could go well over 200 psi. The the sprayer top thing is sh!t, so i only used the bottle.

P.S, here is the LINK
