Hope I don't get sued when you shoot your eye out, but if you still can't find any springs you may have to get creative and actually take apart something. whoah.
TP roll tube holders have a spring but it's probably too weak to be useful.
Pop open (automatic) umbrellas usually have a spring inside that would work.
If you can't find a used one they carry new ones in most drug stores.
Sort of expensive but...
(You could buy one when you go to pick up your meds there probably).

That's exactly what the site said when I tried to order from them a year ago. After waiting about 7 days, I got one of those "We regret to inform you that, due to increasing customs regulations and other such bullcrap, we no longer ship to new customers outside the USA."
