Bondo's kind of expenisve... I'd buy a bunch of hot glue sticks and melt them in a crappy pan or something and pour them in, then you can lube in with lithium soap\grease and wala, perfect seal, kind of :D....

Bondo wears down in vortex BBMG's so I'm sure it would wear out in a piston too.... :(

better not let that hot glue piston gun sit in the sun too long though. it will start to melt. i made my piston out of epoxy.

Bondo wears down in BBMGs because it has metal bb flying though it at high speed its kind of like sand blasting it. I don't think it would wear down any more than anything else as a piston.
