Vortex block--Half circle vs Full circle

I'm sure you guys get similar questions a lot, but here goes.

What are the advantages and disadvantages for both a half circle and full circle vortex block? Is one more efficient, feeds better, easier to construct, etc.

If anyone can give me comparisons, that would be great. If they're about the same, would you reccomend one or the other? Thanks for any responses.

Full circle= Easier to make. Just drill three holes.

Half Circle= Harder to make, but it might make it easier to fire all of the rounds.

Depending on what your making, and how much time your willing to spend, I would recommend the half circle (or three-fourths) because it fires more of the rounds in the chamber... I think.

Edit: My design would work in a tee joint well.

Alright thanks for that. I'll probably go with the half/three quarter one, that's what I've seen more. Working on my first BBMG so I'm hoping it'll work on my first go around.

Half (-around 3/4) Circle= Less work, or the same amount if you want to boost performance even more with a little filing. Other than that, you drill two holes in your block of material and you're done.
You end up with better consistency, no jamming, you'll never need shrouds, and it'll fire to the last round.

Uh oh you confused me. I do not need shrouds for which type? Because every half/three quarter I've seen has had shrouds. So which one performs better? Sorry, I know it's in your post right there but it's late and I feel slow.
