I'm looking for a VERY small check valve that will resist a 20X air/propane mixture or air/butane. To give an emphasis on size the chamber is 1/4" by around 1" I.D. I can post a picture of the stock I'm using if anybody is interested.

The fill valve will be a schrader (pressurized with shocky). I'm guessing they will not withstand that pressure but it's hard to tell. Gippeto did do tests on valves but they obviously vary from batch to batch. If you believe they will, I have a threaded stainless valve that can be tapped and welded in.

So, any ideas? Ideally the lowest possible opening pressure. If a schrader would work, that would be awesome!

Thanks guys

EDIT: how about a .5mm ish flow restrictor? I do have 1cm of wall to wor with in any direction

Anyone know the pressure a presta valve can hold? They make an awesome check valve.
