Potatoes work really good. About the only other thing I have used are empty rx bottles filled with water.

MrCrowley, to bad 2 1/4" barrels dont exist ;-)

Potatos, and caulk tubes were really the only stuff i shot when I had a 2" barrel, although I found it to be quite large and switched to 1.5". Then as of present I have migrated to the use of 1.5" SDR-21 and have something like 200 pounds of GB's stock piled.

If im correct Pimpmann2 MrCrowly comes from NZ and we have a whole lot of different pipe sizes and i wouldnt doubt a 2 1/4inch pipe(5.7cm)(OD,or ID??) exists.

It wouldnt be in inches now would it? Thats what it may measure in Inches, but in reality the pipe is made with Metric lengths in mind.

I use mini cat toy tennis balls, i get three for a dollar at the dollar store. they fit perfectly into the pipe, and have a great seal.

I use those reusable water baloon "splash bombs," like a spherical sponge. I put a 2 foot long vrack in my dad's 3/4" pine fence with one using an 8' burst disk pneumatic.

Why don't golf balls fit in your 2" barrel? Is it because of the foreign pipe measurements? Spuds remain to be my favorite ammo.

Golf balls shoot great out of my 2" barrel, I use a tight fitting wash cloth behind them for a buffer and just drop the golf ball on top, I've shot a gold ball a over a 1/10 of a mile and one went 2/10 of a mile....

I shot an arrow 1/2 a mile and unfortunately it stuck in someones roof  don't tell anyone
