THIS EXACT DESIGN SHOULD NOT BE USED! IT DOES NOT WORK! THIS PAGE IN FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY! HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES IN THEIR CANNON AS IN THIS ONE.

Yes, POS stands for what this launcher is! Piece of S H I T! This cannon was fought with for about a week and no luck showed. It seems that the Y chamber is not too good of an idea, it causes it to be very weak. Apparently mini's are very touchy when it comes to fuel and fuel mixtures. There was a special “Ghetto Propane Meter” built just for this gun. It started as a project to make a cheap but accurate meter. The only thing worth salvaging is the ignition screws and the barrel. Here are some pics:

This launcher was not a complete loss. It gave the chance for the creator to experiment with a breech-and-bolt action design, and let him put his "Ghetto Propane Meter" into use. The paint ball bolt was to have an attachment made of thin sheet metal to keep the paint ball from rolling. This metal piece could have been removed for using the potato cutting breech, but it can't shoot, so it wasn't done, and now it's scraps.

dude i use a y for the chamber in my ss-100 potato gun, and it sells online.
i used a 3" to 1.5" WYE fitting and sealed off the 1/5" handle (the y part of the chamber) with a 1 inch cap, fit VERY snugly on the inside of the 1.5"

i might take some videos of it in action today to post on my site

the breech hole should be bigger shouldnt it,the ammo wont be the right size for the barrel if the breech hole is smaller than the inside diameter of the barrel.

I made one with a tee for the chamber. My barrel even passes through the entire chamber to the back. It works perfectly. Only 550 mL chamber volume, too.

I just think he was having problems getting the right mix in it.
