When you put your screws in for the fan or sparkers, are you insulating or reinforcing the screws?

I'm thinking about epoxying the screws in place. I know I won't get zapped that way.

sure a dab of epoxy over the screw heads wont hurt any thing . when i put in the screws in mine i threaded a nut down to the inside chamber wall with a little epoxy on them . just dont plan on ever getting them back out..welcome to spudfiles

If its just a piezo sparker, zapping yourself won't hurt all that bad, maybe just be careful to avoid the screws.

If you're worried about it though, some electrical tape will work too, just make sure to completely cover the head. That way it isn't permanent either.

Thanks. I am using a sparker like this one(below). It's a real pain to get in it's housing. But, reliable.
