This is my rifle i have worked for about three months on and off on. i finally got the urge one day an just went at it an finished it lol.

Its not totally complete right now because im putting Bushnell scope on it, painting it black, puttin on a Bi-pod(have it made just didnt paint it or put it on lol), cut the hose for the blowgun down more and mount a handle from a paintball gun somewhere underneath the Nelson valve, put a new bolt on, and make the barrel(yes i know there is a barrel there but it has a 3/4" cap in each end because i have a peice of brakeline that fits a .177 pellet PERFECTLY to place into it), make another barrel and slide a 35" piece of 3/4" RMT Electrical conduit that i got from my Vo-Tech school for the marbles because the marbels i have(about 500 lol) fit so perfectly into it its unbelievable. Just imagine the RMT was made for it :]

So its not totally complete yet. Its getting there though. Keep in mind im not dumb with this type of shit so i used SCH 40 pressure rated fittings and pipe.

It features...

-A Nelson 1" modded sprinkler valve
-A 1" frame stock with a piece of 2" pipe as the main tank
-A a bike valve on the end of the 2" pipe for a bike pump if i dont have a compressor around.
-A metal pipe fixture with a ball valve on the end of it with a adapter to let in pressure from a tank or compressor. (see it on the side of the 2" PVC). Its screwed into the side of the 2" cap and going through the pipe into my main tank. Its epoxied, threaded, and i have teflon tape on it so i will blow up the gun before i have a leak there lol.
-A bolt to open and slide ammo into.
-A 400 PSI pressure gauge(yes i know its WAY overkill lol its the only one i had haha)
-And more but i cant think of much now since i have it at my other house lol

Its going to soon have two barrels for it. One will be for marbles and the other .177 pellets and BB's.
Im adding that Bushnell scope to it as well(probably a 3x9-20).
Im going to also try my hardest to find a green laser for it.
Putting on the Bi-Pod soon.
A handle for the blowgun valve.
Im also going to strap a 8" 1 1/5" piece of PVC with a cap one end and a screw cap on the other side to have a place to store ammo.
I may think about adding a small cylinder propane tank to the side to use that for pressure if im out in the woods and im to lazy to pump lmao.

I have tested it so far by putting it up to 25 PSI the first time and it worked perfect. Put it up to 75 PSI and it still worked perfectly. PUT it up to 150 PSI and it worked perfectly. Now believe it or not but i have put it up to 200 PSI without the valve failing on me. But at that 200 PSI the epoxy in the solenoid valve bursted hitting me right in the side of my head lmao. It wasnt perfectly hardened and cured yet so that why it blew. I plan on trying to bring it up to 225 PSI but im not sure if i really want to because i like this valve. Its STRONG lol.

I actually had planned on using a piston for it but i never really understood how it worked. i had a craftsman long socket as a piston with a great sealing face but i never really wanted to take the chance due to its extreme weight and the possibility of it failing on me.

Ill be putting up more pics of the gun and its damage when im done with it. Im not sure when this will be though -_- but i will also add a video or two to this post as well later on. For now here are six pics of the gun. And dont think its crap due to the discoloration and dirtyness of pipes and fittings. All pipe ends and fittings were properly primered and glued with PVC cement. Its all new PVC just the stickers are taken of and i have yet to scrap away the residue left behind.

Thank you :]

Try not going over 125 psi with a sprinkler valve ...

Its a nice airgun, but shooting .177 pellets would not be effective as the barrel would be chocking the flow.

I will rate it 7 because you are silly with high pressure and plastic valves.

Nice gun :headbang:

Looks workable, but for "not a beginner", you could do better...

Very nice.

One thing, the IMG tag doesn't work in the title pimpslice. Look on the post form towards the bottom to post a thumbnail.

hey buddy looky here, i said i wasnt done right??? cant you read??? I have 5 spud guns. 2 pneumatic, 2 combustion, an 1 hybrid. im also working on a all steel or all black pipe gun just like the one above. it will look exactly the same but in metal. and ill be firing .50 cal balls. its going to be a hybrid. something like that will break the sound barrier. with the fuel im thinking, itll be one of the top strongest guns on this site. near the cobra striker. ill post more pics when im completly done with it. you will take back what you said about it after -_-

Easy, just calm down alright. You're new here, which means you fall in line or you'll have a hard time fitting in.

Anyway, post up your other cannons we would love to see them. And you have a long way of getting even close to 'strongest gun on this site', what fuel you use has little to do with it. The cobra striker isn't exactly the most powerful either, sure it's a hybrid golfball cannon but it's definitely not the first nor is it the most powerful. It's still a great cannon though.

edit: Can't you read jeepkahn?

unless your special fuel is a magic powder, there is no way you are breaking any records, or even coming close.
steel pipe will never compete with a machined stainless steel 200x hybrid.

And, your not going to break the sound barrier with that kind of setup.

McCrowley: I think you meant "top strongest guns"

@biking: Do you or do you not understand piston valves? your very first posts says "email me to learn how to make a piston"......

Yeah I know but I said 'close to strongest gun on this site', surely if it's one of the top it would be close to the strongest

One day i'm gonna put a full stop in my username just so people stop, take a look and realise it's a 'Mr' and not a 'Mc' :P

Back on topic, I have a hard time believing someone can build a working hybrid yet not understand piston valves.
