No it is used on a EDITED. Uses Two extremely High end ball bearings (ABEC-7).

Ummmm. So it is close to being a pulley, it uses abec7 (not high end), well im convinced that a rope or some sort of a string runs through it so it would be a pulley i just dont know for what or what type of pulley it is.

abec 7 are high end commercial berrings. thoes red back bearings in skare boards are just standard bearings with fancy lube these are high end precision ceramic ball bearings. it is not used for roap or string.

I hate to argue with you but i think that those are bones swiss ceramic bearings (skateboard bearings) they are only about 100 bucks. Maybe thats some sort of a street luge wheel? i think im wrong
