ok i kno thats a crappy diagram srry bout that was the best i could do in a short time. its ganna b all made out of pvc pipes, brakeline or aluminum tubing for the barrel, and the end of the piston will be from a bike pump. im tryin to figure out a way to seal the chamber and the barrel with a practical way. right now im leaning towards a union type thing but if anyone has any ideas please tell me

No, and yes.
That was Carrtoon who made the hinged barrel. And yes, He used a dremel. You should always have a dremel and many different bits for it. Since my dremel messed up I had to literally melt my way through the plastic. But you can't do that since you are working with metal.
Here is a pic of the FAR that I am making, I got a blowtorch and got a utility knifs red hot, and slowly melted my way through the plastic.

Here it is next to one I tried to cut with a handsaw.

For twenty bucks US you can order one ready made here:
http://www.cumminstools.com/browse.cfm/4,196.htm
We’ve got two. You may have to do a little work to get them to shoot strait but other than that they’re cherry
But if you really want to make one, use something more ridged than brake line, sleeve it in pipe. Or for simplicity’s sake make it an under lever
