i cant really tell how long your chamber pipe is, but with an elbow, a second pipe nipple, and a cap, you could make a pretty ergonomic stock

Right now, 100psi is far below the capabilities of those fittings. I've taken similar fittings to 1,000psi, so you should be good as high as you can push your track pump.

To reduce pilot volume, get your pilot valve as close as you can to the piston valve. Try re-arranging fittings, you'll see an improvement with reduced pilot volume.

Yeah, it's quite comfortable lauching this cannon.
i hold the cannon with my left hand on the "Tee" bit, and support it on my Right Shoulder. this way i have a right hand free so i can actuate the pilot valve.
Btw, chamber is 500mm long

Thanks.

@saefroch
Ive taken the gun up to 160PSI in which it loses another 20PSI when
Taking the pump out.

But i feel "safe" between 100PSI-140PSI.
But like you said, yeah i believe it can take much more pressure.
But i am limited on the resource on pumping the cannon more than 160PSI.

Hmm, I will try to reduce the pilot volume by puting a spring behind the piston so i can pump it through the chamber.
But if i want to make more power out of this cannon
i believe i need a larger sealing face port.

Thanks.

Or just put the schrader(with core removed)behind your BV and attach the BV straight to the reducer. BTB does it on his cannons

@metalmeltr
Not to sure....
Sounds about right though.
8.25mm lead balls to be precise.

Thanks

@lockedandloaded
Not to sure what you mean?
Do you mean the "core" inside the fill valve?
or .....

Yes, he means remove the core inside the fill valve, then just screw it into the side of the pilot valve opposite your piston. This will however leave you with a bit of a flow restriction, so I personally reccomend the 2 ball valve system I used on my cannons.

You'd be better off putting a quick connect behind the ball valve, then making an adapter for the schrader. This way you will have leff flow restriction.

@saefroch
Ohh, i understand what he means now.
Yes, i do think also that the pilot air flow would be restricted also.

Thanks.

@Gun Freak
Hmm, i like that idea.
It's like "MRR" 1" piston valve.
I will try next time when i head out to the hard ware store.

Thanks.
