The barrel came nice and shiny, I proceeded to ruin it a bit when smudges of epoxy got up and down the barrel and then it got scratched some more at the welders and down by the welded fitting it's all scratched up from me using a plastic wire brush wheel after grinding the welds.
I can't seem to remove the epoxy without scratching it even more so I'm leaving it for now. It's not like the rest of the cannon is a work of art or anything

Damn, now I gotta go find some nail polish remover
I had been using kerosene previously, didn't help much.
If you didn't have transport and spacial problems for your hybrid, I'd recommend a S/S barrel. Instant hand warmer
Edit: A little overboard on the PhotoShop:

Just realised I haven't shot a projectile from this cannon in almost a year. I've probably dry fired a dozen times between now and then but there really is a lack of opportunity to fire 100g projectiles at transonic velocities.
Now that summer has started and I'm on holidays, not only can I finally shoot MiniBoy but hopefully I'll find a suitable target for a 1.25" steel ball bearing, some golf balls and frozen lemons.
Expect a compilation video before Christmas, I'm dying to experience the recoil of this beast once more
I also updated some photos on the first page, now colour corrected.

Not really; the contrast/saturation boost looks good. Almost DSLR like. The bushes in the background look a little weird, but except for that it looks good!MrCrowley wrote: A little overboard on the PhotoShop:
