Sure, share the work! I'm not a big art fan, but I need to see stuff to keep my mind off of things...

What? no paraphernalia?
But those look really neat- what kind of glaze is that on the chest? It looks really metallic compared to the rest.
I briefly worked* in a place that did similar stuff, and had thought of making a ceramic combustion chamber lining and plating it with gold inside for ultimate heat reflectance. You could probably get a few ml of that glaze for a reasonable price.
*I never made anything pretty, and have little experience in the entire process; don't ask me for advice;)

While it's nice to hear you are doing well, the non-spudgun related section isn't an off-topic section so I've merged your topic with this one.jsefcik wrote:over the past couple days in my neighborhood its spring clean up, which is pretty much throw out as much as possible, and can be what ever, but me being a teenager with not alot of money ,i collect appliances and scrap, i was able to get appliaces, copper , aluminum, and have made about 350 bucks and was given to my mom for bills and baby needs,

I did spend a year of my education where we had ceramic class, but most of that was spent manufacturing enormous clay willies to frighten Sarah Wallis.
Drag racing funnycar or this?this is what i made in year 7 or 8
Moar ghost recon killer drones, this time small enough to fit in one hand (appears at around 1:00, then returns to the "operator" at the end.)

The main glaze on the chest is called "Makoto" but I believe it's a cobalt based glazed. And the straps on it are glazed with "metallic" that might be copper based. It was fired at 1850 degrees, and both glazes are fairly unpredictableFnord wrote:What? no paraphernalia?

While everyone out there is trying to make weapons lighter, these guys seem to have headed in the opposite direction.
Minus points for the English fail here:Q: What does the Titan shroud do?
A: Unlike most products on the market, the shroud is built of steel to get as much weight and
hardiness into its constructed dimensions. This additional weight absorbs recoil, diminishes
barrel torque, and completely eliminates muzzle rise all together. Its secondary purpose is
to provide nearly indestructible protection for your barrel and barrel components.
... still, I like the concept! Our products will be warrantied for life as long as the products are used in a manor consistant with their application.

Yup... still, shame about the relatively feeble calibre. At least 338 lapua would make more sense, this is obviously something to be used from a fixed position so might as well extend its reach.
OK, the possibility of small autonomous attack drones is getting really scary...

Im again starting new puukko after i get Lab´s order finished, planning to do that today. Anyhow, im thinking a longish, and sleek blade with about 100mm, silversteel ofc. Handle is going to be made from birchbarn and bolsters will be 10mm aluminium, and the shieth will be traditional 3mm vegetable tanned bullhide. Im asking 130€ plus shipping from this. Just informed you if someone wants it.
