3/4 cpvc slides down 1" pvc with a little space around the sides.

what do you mean nice gun for a private?its not your rank that counts,some people are skilled builders but just havnt posted 500times on thse forums.there are some very skilled privates on these forums

The only part about a coaxial that confuses me is how the end of the chamber is sealed off where the barrel comes out of it and is exposed to the open. Do you just drill a hole the size of the OD of the barrel into an endcap of the chamber and seal it with some epoxy or something? I want to build a coaxial real bad

or you use a bushing, which is like and reducer but with the reducer part inside.
not sure if youll understand that so just google it.

yeah i just drilled a hole the same size as the OD of the barrel into a end cap primed and glued it then waited for that to go off then put some strong epoxy around the joint

You're right. I said the same thing. Unless they have some kind of SDR 1" that he used...
you could use a lathe a mill or a drill press to thin the wall of the pipe i thin. they've done it on myth busters.
