When a little lizard walks past and looks up and says,

"Hey Koala! What are you doing?"
The koala says:
"Smoking a joint, come up and have some."
So the little lizard climbs up and sits next to the koala and they burn a few. After a while the little lizard says his mouth is 'dry' and is going to get a drink from the river. But when he gets there, the little lizard is so stoned that he leans too far over and falls into the river.
A crocodile sees this and swims over to the little lizard and helps him to the side, then asks the little lizard:
"What's the matter with you?"
The little lizard explains to the crocodile that he was sitting smoking a joint with the koala in the tree, got too stoned and then fell into the river while taking a drink.
The crocodile says he has to check this out and walks into the rain forest, finds the tree where the koala is sitting finishing a joint, and he looks up and says, "Hey you!"

Speaking of sluts:

Watch it in full screen, high quality and good audio. I'm not a big fan of German sports cars, but this gave me that tight feeling in my chest normally reserved for seeing a girl naked for the first time.

^I'd recommend doing most of your leveling with a high-powered pellet gun instead. With .22s being so hard to find these days, it's taking me *forever* to develop .50 bmg resistance.

edit: this xkcd signature seems relevant to every post I make.

Also, after complaining of a mouse infestation and asking me for advice (while also specifying she had no guns in the house so shooting them was not an option) my sister built one of these!

She reports one "casualty" so far, my eyes are welling up and I am beaming with pride :D

I love how she put a mousetrap at the beginning of the ramp  her plan A was "feed it so much peanut butter that it will get too fat to run away"...

I use a similar bucket trap in my barn and holiday trailer. Have found them VERY effective.

Really like the simplicity of the "tippy lid" version from your link and will give that a try too.

A coroner was told today that a hose from a compressor became detached and struck a Dunedin driller in the head while he was working to clear a landslip on Milford Road in October 2012.

Problems with the original compressor forced them to change machines, but the new compressor was more powerful than the first and the tail of a hose came loose, striking Mr Brown in the head and Mr Watson in the leg.

We have no idea what size the coupling was, given the work being done I think it's fair to assume it was a little bigger than what you would find in your average garage.

Think of it as a heavy weight on the end of a length of flexible material and basically you have an identical concept to a medieval weapon, a fatal injury from a single blow is very conceivable.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking, perhaps higher pressure than normal too but I have no idea what would be standard for that kind of work.

A pressurized air hose coming loose is like a bloody whip, with a bit of weight at the loose end I can imagine it doing quite some damage

A wonderful illustration of how correlation does not imply causation.
