Although it would be difficult,
I think anyone with some good robotics experience could do this.
Let me just explain it as simple as I can... Which still isn't very simple, but none the less...
Pneumatic gun, on a large stand...
Barrel fitted for whatever you want...
Above the barrel, a CO2 regulator with a pressure activated release, that is, you push on it, it pumps out air...
Behind this setup, is a wheel with 3, 6, 8, whatever amount of chambers.
These chambers have a pressure activated release, they don't let air in or out unless the release is pushed down.
The barrel has a solenoid valve for the trigger. On the other end of this solenoid valve, is a setup that allows the pressure activated release on the chamber, to activate, therefor, when fired, the air is dumped into the barrel.
Basically, when the chamber is pushed onto the valve setup, it forms a connection.
Still with me?
You'd use a micro controller, a motor to drive the wheel, and a pneumatic/hydraulic actuator to push the whole wheel/motor assembly.
You'd program it so when the trigger button is pushed,
1. The wheel rotates the set distance in order to align one chamber with the barrel and one with the regulator.
2. Push, using the pneumatic/hydraulic actuator, the wheel/motor assembly forward, therefore beginning to fill the chamber on top, and connecting the chamber on the bottom.
3. Activate the solenoid valve, therefor firing the gun.
4. Pulling the wheel/motor assembly back.
repeat
You'd have to have it wait a certain amount of time before firing, to allow the chamber on top to fill.
As for ammo loading?
I once saw here, on Spud files, a gun that used a repair coupling as a bolt-action set up. But there was a problem, the repair coupling opened back up when it was fired.
Well...
What if you set it up with some spring or shock absorber set up.
You fire, it opens, ammo falls in just as the spring system pushes it closed again.
Automatic loading, made (kind of) simple.
I say this idea could be done!
But I have no experience with micro controllers nor the money to do this...

But there are so many other SIMPLER ways to get full auto in a pneumatic. Why go through all of this?
I built a paddle system from an idea over on SpudFiles, and now I'm thinking about building a system using a sliding "bolt", (a lot simpler than it sounds... don't say I can't do it!!!!).

I think that your most expensive parts would be used for the pressure regulation and release. The microcontrollers aren't particularily expensive.
But, what is the point if you have your ammo amount limited to the amount of barrels........ Maybe I missed something in your description,=.
