even if u do that, wouldnt the steel pipe grow hot after the explosion? i dun wanna burn my hands on that..I'll set aside oxygen and hydrogen until I make a steel cannon and I advise everyone to stay away from the stuff as well. It explodes too fast to be safe in a pvc/abs cannon.

The explosion is very short so the only way it would get to hot to touch is if somehow it was semi automatic.
