Can someone give me plans for a cheap combustion gun i made one already but i dont think it has enough power

Well you can start off by using all pvc or abs parts instead of using a airhockey thing for a cap. Then you can hook up a bbq igniter to two screws in the gun so you dont have to stick a lighter in it.
