I am going to cut out 3/4 inch
I have a question about back spin
if I have the small gap from sleeving on the bottom would this give the ball back spin? this is assuming I dont fill the gap.
I am thinking this will work because some air will easpae through te gap causing a slight back spin

I just tested my gun today, there are a few bugs to workout(the ignioton system) damn this thing is powerful. I have not fired a projectile with propane yet but I shot some frozen sawdust/water and newspaper/water slugs today. damn they do some damage. we found an old water supply cannal and gravel pit right next to each other like less than 20 yards apart. the first shot I tested it with the 2foot shorty barrel and the slug went 75+ yards and the scond shot I tried the 6 foot barrel and the distance seemed to triple. Oh and I was not shooting at a 45 degree degree angle I was shooting almost flat. then I took 9or10 shots at a large puddle puddle of water in the canal the water was about a foot deep guessing on how big of a splash a baseball sized rock made in the puddle. when the slug hit the water it made a splash like 15 feet high
and when I shot at the walls of the canal the slug ricochets about 150 feet almost straight up and the went out of sight.

I'd scrap it!!! that size of pipe is cheap but reconstructice surgury on your face is not. i'd go with safety first...i just built a huge gun and i'm gonna fire it remotly with possibly a stun gun from around the corner of my garage the first several times..from what i see in the picture i wouldn't fire it again..sorry dude.
I already rebuilt it. it will be about a 3 weeks before I get to shoot it againg. I will be buissy every weekend for the next 2 months. but in three weeks I have a tournament in prescott and I thinck I will bring the potato launcher to have some fun with between games.
