se7en, if you actually read the first line you would find the answer.

That looks almost exactly like my first combustion cannon. Good memories with that thing, until it quit launching potatoes. you did a good job on that.

we haven't fired it yet but the way the igniton mechanism works on ours, Or how we hope it will, is that we have two nail which we heated up and pushed through the plastic and then put them near each other and we will put the 2 wires from the capacitor onto the nail to make them spark and hopefully ignite, we are thinking for fuel either use old spice, or brake cleaner, maybe wd40 or lighter fluid

Boom, i like that name, simple, discriptive. I wouldn't heat nails up and try pushing them through. The nail will retain the heat for to long and melt the hole to big. Use screws, drill holes then tap them. Self tappers will probly crack the pipe. We like video's of cannons. Damage pics are cool to. Is this your 1st cannon? If so, good start. Nice!

I hope you are aware that there is a 99.99 percent chance that this will be the start of an obsession.
With that settled, if I saw you on the street, I swear you look like someone I know. (That may be due to the fact that its 1:20 am as I type this)

Nice cannon, looks like my first. Except mine was white, and uglier, and smelled funny.

thats God's way of saying " DON'T DO THAT!"

Sounds really cool, have you launched it yet? also, for fuel dont use wd40. Use axe. it works really well and doesn't gum up the chamber.
