ARGH!!! USE THE DAMN SEARCH ENGINE!!! IT'S THERE FOR A REASON!!!
1. There is no such thing as 'black pvc'. You are referring to ABS, and while the solid core variety is widely accetpted for use in a combustion cannons (not in pnumatics, you can only use pressure rated pvc for them), the cellcore variety is dangerous and may rupture. If you are using cellcore abs or cellcore pvc, DON'T USE THE GUN! Trash it and make a better one out of solidcore pipe, preferably pressure rated pipe and pressure rated fittings.
2. There are about 2 zillion topics on fuel and ammo, go search for them.
3. READ THIS, IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS!!!

I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

I know solid core ABS is fine, it is even preferred over pvc in combustions. But the pipe in the vid was cell core, like the gun in this thread. Look at the 8th post on the page.

What a long, rambling sentence. Use periods at the end of sentences please.

And if you just built one today you shouldn't be shooting it you should be waiting for the glue to cure .

Cell core ABS is fine for basic combustions.
His pipe did not explode because it was cell core abs.
There were other factors involved.

@ Frankrede: The vid I am talking about is one that gattlinggun posted, it is a how-to on building an abs spudgun.
And LGM, a gun made of pressure rated pvcs would easily survive haveing it's barrel completely blocked.
That is why I don't like cellcore abs, IF the projectile gets stuck there is a chance of it blowing apart.

Honestly, people, a propane combustion usually produces about 80 psi, and most fuels produce much less; therefore, why would the cannon blow apart? It's the same thing as pressurizing a pneumatic, just to a lower pressure, and faster.
