i an going to try to tap the neck of the bottle with steal have a 1/2 1 inch long steel nipple then i'll try to convert to pvc, steel doesn't really fit my budget.

I have 3 of these, and they SHOULD hold up to a good amount of pressure, but don't take my word for it without testing.

Thanks those bottle look like they were useing the method of attaching the bottle to pipe that i am going to use.

None of <i>us</i> has pressure tested one... but I'm absolutely certain that the engineers that designed the things did extensive testing, because stuff like "designed beer bottle that cost bud wiser millions in lost inventory" looks <b>really bad</b> on your resume.
That said, I'm going to have to say that epoxying the neck into a matching taper is your best bet.
Perhaps you could use a forming method similar to that used to make the flares on PVC rockets to form this taper.
