Well this was a boredum project i usually make eveything out of aluminum it doesnt wear as fast as acrylic.

So how fast does it wear down? Will it last through 1,000,000 bb's or only 500,000 (or am I not even close)?

Locksmith, I wish I could get some thick aluminum sheet for vortex blocks, but I can't. I also find it slightly unnecessary, as I have been using one acrylic block for 8 months, probably about 5000 BBs a week, and the only sign of wear is a scratch in the top of the vortex hole.
Los Frijoles, a Bondo block usually lasts about 100,000 shhots with airsoft, or 30-60,000 with metal BBs.
