Its a sweet cannon and Im sure in power terms it would be killer outside of paintball and the loading system just rocks but coz Im a country boy I'll take a rifle over any semi's, autos or anything nifty like that.

Goat you got a great gun there, and i agree with twitch again, it would be killer outside a paint ball field.
just out of curiosity...what pressure do you charge it up to with CO2?

I charge it up to 80 psi. for nerf footballs(optimum pressure) and 145psi for everything else.Apples by far are my favorite thing to shoot.Talk about shrapnel when that thing hits.
Yeah, I did not want a semi auto,I tried to shy away from that being as how I had to shoot projectiles of different sizes and not a uniform shape.I also didn't use the cam system(revosemi)because of the same short comings as a semi auto. Both systems work beautifully for uniformed projectiles but not so well for me.
I tried to go for simple, and easy to maintain when out of the state and traveling(scenario games). One of the things that ticked me off was I couldn't buy parts off the shelf for a piston valve.I'd have to machine them out, wouldn't be an option out in the field so I went to the sprinkler valve.
And as a little teaser:I've got a BBMG coming out soon that will be far beyond anything done before. It is inventive. If you can take a breach

Okay, Q&A time.
Crazykid, the first model was a modified valve.I took it off because it didn't have a safety. The lack of a safety was an insurance issue with the paintball field I play at.Since the gun chrono'ed at the max without the modified valve I didn't have a problem sacrificing performance.
The Seal(red gasket) is super glued onto the adapter.I also cut it down to fit the barrel, rather than try to align the barrel to the gasket.
Big-Mac,I did glue the barrel to the pivot.I used JB Weld.It is the only thing I've found that sticks permanently to PVC.

I hope it works on a 3/4" barrel. I'm going to adapt my piston gun to use this breach. It'd be a bummer if it didn't work. When you do use the JB Weld make sure you first wipe down the pipe with solvent to get the oils off, otherwise it may not stick.
