Your design is awesome, and I like your idea of replaceable mags. I have been thinking up a design for a replacable mag strafer, very similar.
I don't wanna poop on your parade or anything, but I really reccommend you don't use your BBMG against human targets, even if the BB's are plastic, they still hurt plenty, and at 30-50 a second, going 200+ fps, that's some serious potential pain/damage.
I know this because I used mine for airsoft, and let my friend use it and he let a burst into my face/neck from about 25 feet away, I had bleeding welts all over my face and neck, and if I hadn't been wearing my goggles, probably would have lost my eyes.
Just be sensible with it.

yeah. if you got bloody welts, it was most likely around 300 FPS, and also to bare skin. and yes, if you airsoft, you get used to bloody welts every once and a while. thats why we wear balclava's and thin gloves.
its basically this-
no bare skin, no bloody welts
bare skin- bloody welts
if its little shitty 20 dollar springers than dont mind aobut that rule, but with AEGs i dotn reccomend bare skin.

hop up cant be easy and hop up won't make the bbs faster it just adds a back sipn how does forcing a bb to spin make it faster it just makes it more acurate
orgy unknown: if he lets you get a paintball regulator, then hey thats no problem everyone knows paint ball regulators and palmers are the best http://www.palmer-pursuit.com/online-ca ... ilizer.htm

hop-up is an instrument of range increase. a normal bb travels in a parabolic arc. as it slows down, it drops towards the ground.
the hop-up, by spinning the bb, gives the bb lift. therefore, the bb can actually CLIMB after you fire it if the hop-up setting is too strong. this lift allows the bb to travel MUCH farther. is the same principle for golf balls. the topspin gives the ball more distance.

just curious... who was the 1 person that said yes to the poll but said it would cause jamming?
care to explain?

I wasn't that person, but, here is my opinion. The barrel COULD cause jamming if you are using low quality/reused bbs with debris in the bbs. But there is no bolt or anything, so I doubt it. HOWEVER, if you have a hopup (I advize not to), and you use reused bbs with any traces of debris, there will be jamming galore... Also, the hopup decreases the velocity... And airsoft is played with roughly 300-400 fps guns, and people use t-shirts and don't complain....

The handle will actually have a saftey on it..
For those of you who haven't made inline vortex strafers, you shouldn't say anything, because it can be misleading.
A hopup really won't increase accuracy at all. It adds backspin, which slows down the BB a bit. and makes it climb after you shoot. They also put all sorts of sidespins and stuff on the BBs, and make them very inaccurate.
A well made "half hole" vortex block will not jam, unless you have shrouds on it. I have NEVER had a jam in any of my vortex guns, and I have made seven or eight of them, all using my new ideas (I get an idea, I make a new gun) modified block designs. You should be getting at least 80 rounds per second, and at 125 psi, it'll shred skin like paper.

I'd advise you, if you shoot at people, keep the pressure below 75 psi.

Do you use an airsoft barrel? or do you use some bigger piping?
