Well if it's zinc coated then what's the core made of, then I can approximate it for you.

Assuming it's steel or iron, the weight would be about .3745 grams. I'f it's copper core it would be .4269. Now those are approximate, keep that in mind.

Well I put in the approximate mass for iron or copper core, if it's made of a different metal, find the density of that metal and multiply that by .0476, that's the approximate volume of a BB in cubic centimeters. That's about all I can tell you with the given information.

Does the container list a net weight and the number of BBs?
If the container contains enough BBs you could weigh it on a bathroom scale then divide by the number of BBs.
If all else fails check the manufacturers web site or google it.
If all all else fails assume they are steel. Copper BBs are usually copper coated steel, I suspect zinc coated BBs would be the same, almost entirely steel with just a thin coat of zinc.
Drop one of the BBs in vinegar , I believe Zn will dissolve and create bubbles of hydrogen. If the reaction stops after a while then it was a Zn coating, if the BB eventually disappears then it was solid zinc.
