The barrel is 3/4" aluminum inside a 3" pvc pipe. The chamber is 3" pvc 14" long. The piston is spring loaded so you can load ammo first without charging, Very dangerous to charge first. I uses 110 LBS of air. The air release is in the gun handle.

That's far too much travel for a 3/4" barrel, all it needs to travel is 1/4 of the barrel inner diameter for maximum efficiency so in this case you cna have it 10 times smaller.fred wrote:Piston travel is 2"

Modify it to 0.1875" and you'll see the difference

If I could make a suggestion, remove the spring altogther (after all you're filling from behind the chamber right?) add remove everything behind the delrin ring at the rear of the piston. Add a rubber bumper to the delrin endcap and make sure that the distance between the front of the bumper and the back of the piston is a little less than 0.2 inches. You should then see a significant increase in performance.
