yep:
The barrel is 3/4" aluminum inside a 3" pvc pipe. The chamber is 3" pvc 14" long. The piston is spring loaded so you can load ammo first without charging, Very dangerous to charge first. I uses 110 LBS of air. The air release is in the gun handle.

Sorry about the double posting MrCrowley, as I said, I,m new to this. I build and design guns. Computers are not my strong point so I,m still learning how to navigate on here. I guess my excuse is ignorance of this program.

:D Okay Firstly well done on a great job, well built and presented, secondly I just have two questions,

1.) What is the travel on your piston, i.e. from sealing to firing.
2.) How are you filling ?

That's far too much travel for a 3/4" barrel, all it needs to travel is 1/4 of the barrel inner diameter for maximum efficiency so in this case you cna have it 10 times smaller.

Thanks for that answer, it does seem to shoot a little weak. You always learn by listening.

I do have a question for you. I tried loading a jpeg file to the album. It said it was done, however it never came through. It was sized right, just would not download into the album.

Modify it to 0.1875" and you'll see the difference ;)

This is the internal layout of the bazoka. I tried 5 times to add it to the album and it would not go through.

If I could make a suggestion, remove the spring altogther (after all you're filling from behind the chamber right?) add remove everything behind the delrin ring at the rear of the piston. Add a rubber bumper to the delrin endcap and make sure that the distance between the front of the bumper and the back of the piston is a little less than 0.2 inches. You should then see a significant increase in performance.
