had a couple bits of small pipe and thought i would try make a mini pen gun
barrel=75mm x 2.5mm
camber=4.5mm x 70mm
full length=90mm
piston= solid rubber
valve=high flow schrader core
pressure=400psi
other=O-ring for sealing to the custom adapter to shock pump

That is an excellent idea, using the schraeder core like that, the whole thing looks great, clean
What pressure have you gotten it up to?
How is it held together? I'd guess epoxy
Idea; It looks to be very well suited to a sharpie extra fine point pen:
That's The one
It's at least 6mm wide all the way to about 1cm from the end, the opening on the end is about 5mm wide.:
It's even the right length!

thank you, ok so iv taken it to 400psi and yes it just held together with epoxy, as for the putting it in a sharpie its a good idea im just not sure how i would do it and still be able to fire it and still fill it, but ill look into it a bit more and see what i can come up with
why make it if it dosent shoot?

You'd use it like this:
You could fill it by just pushing the entire thing out with a stick, then filling normally

It seems that the problem would be more of how to fill it rather than how to fire it. I would suggest flipping it around and drilling a hole through the back side. That way the projectile can shoot out and when you remove the lid of the sharpie you have direct access to the valve. Just my two cents.

Very nice! Reminds me of my half-arsed effort here but I hadn't thought to use the schrader core thread as a fill adapter, brilliant I might have to revisit this.
I also have to say you're really taken epoxy construction on board and are churning out some great projects, kudos

I don't normally advocate suppressors for pengunsI beat JSR to a silencer based comment

You could do it either way, really, although, you are right Mr Potato Head, it could be easier to fill that way. you might have to drill out the nib end of the pen a little though, in order to fit the core and O ring through it.
